Finish in first place on all the tracks in time attack mode. The Geijutsumaru One and Two driven by "Sekiguchi oyabun (関口親分)" may now be selected both in time attack mode and versus mode.

Unlock Geijutsumaru III (芸術丸III) truck
Finish in first place on all the tracks in time attack mode first. then decorate your truck with gold parts (including gold paints and gold interior) to reach maxed out decoration quality in 1000%. The "Geijutsumaru Three" that appears during the opening sequence driven by "Sekiguchi oyabun (関口親分)" may now be selected both in time attack mode and versus mode.

Unlock extra paints
Go to "Sekiguchi Kougei (関口工芸)" every times after finish in first place, until "Sekiguchi Oyabun (関口親分)" will give you only 2 choices then choose the first one only. you will get more extra paints from him.
*Note: do this every times until you get the race with last rival (No.50) for make sure you get all paints from Sekiguchi Oyabun.
